My client who provide real time products to financial institutions based in London seek a bright Technical Support Consultant. Working within a small team your main responsibilities will be to log and track to completion all client technical support enquiries, ensure that all problems are dealt with in a professional manner and provide 1st*2nd and 3rd line support on cutting edge products. Also as part of your role you will be trained by the test team to perform tests on their products. In order to apply for this position you MUST HAVE the following experience:- 1) Strong IT knowledge in one or more of the following : linux, Solaris, Windows 2000, networking and remote fault diagnosis, 2) Working within a high pressured environment under minimal supervision. Advantageous experience includes previous exposure to Support Desk Team, professional IT qualifications.
